My husband and I were so embarrassed to arrive at the funeral and see our names attached to this arrangements. The lily in the center was beautiful, but the others were all very wilted and hanging limply around the side. The arrangement had been delivered the day before, so the flowers should have been lasted for just one day.
Also the "NO DELIVERY CHARGE on all Sympathy Flowers and Funeral Flowers Delivery in Metro Toronto" is very an outright fabrication. The "no delivery charge" applies only to DOWNTOWN Toronto. I was charged for delivery to Jerret Funeral Home in North York, which has been part of Metro Toronto for quite a number of years.

A message sent to the company through the "contact us" link went unanswered, so I assume this company doesn't care much about their clientele once the payment has been made.
Very disappointing on every level.
